What is GravityZone AI Visibility and Control for MSP?
GravityZone AI Visibility and Control for MSP is a new add-on for GravityZone Cloud Security for MSP that provides insight into the company’s use of AI across endpoints.
The solution helps identify and provide an overview of, among other things:
- AI chatbots and generative AI services
- AI-based coding assistants
- AI browser extensions
- Local AI models and AI agents
- MCP servers and other AI integrations
- AI features built into SaaS applications
With improved visibility, MSPs and their customers have a stronger basis for identifying potential risks and ensuring more controlled use of AI.
Supports AI governance and access control
The insights from the solution can be used as a basis for decision-making for the company’s AI policies and guidelines. This makes it easier to assess which AI services should be allowed, restricted, or blocked using the existing security controls in the GravityZone platform.
Availability
GravityZone AI Visibility and Control for MSP will be available from 23 September 2026 and can be purchased as an add-on for the GravityZone platform.
The solution is supported by the following GravityZone MSP bundles:
- GravityZone Secure
- GravityZone Secure Plus
- GravityZone Secure Extra
GravityZone AI Visibility and Control for MSP is offered as a monthly subscription and follows the existing margin structure for Bitdefender’s MSP solutions. Billing is monthly in arrears. The number of licences automatically follows the number of endpoints on the customer’s existing GravityZone licence.
Example:
If a customer has 100 licensed endpoints on GravityZone Secure, AI Visibility and Control for MSP will likewise be licensed for 100 endpoints.
